Through efficient planning and thorough training of other judges, he works to guarantee that each competition goes smoothly, creating an experience that is both enjoyable and memorable for all involved.

As a MC, with a theatre and performance background, Doug understands the importance of smoothly guiding the event, while keeping it engaging and entertaining. He strives to make sure that your contests and special events run efficiently and finish on time, while still maintaining a fun and upbeat atmosphere. His attention to detail and professional demeanor ensure that your guests will be entertained and the event will be a success.
As a certified West Coast Swing instructor with over 20 years of experience, Doug is passionate about teaching his students to dance with confidence and fluidity. Having attended a music education college has given him an in-depth understanding of music and rhythm. He understands that everyone learns differently, and aims to provide a positive and welcoming environment that allows his students to learn at their own pace.
